Terms & Conditions

1. Any Discounts are only valid from the dates said. ANY CHANGES TO THE DATES ARE MADE PUBLIC ONLY ON OFFICIAL BIG G PRODUCTIONS WEBSITES OF OTHER MEANS OF INFORMATION SUCH AS THE BIG G PRODUCIONS WEBSITE (www.big-g-productions.co.uk) OR FACEBOOK PAGE, TWITTER AND YOUTUBE (DOZA123).
2. A discount is only applicable with the the quote code
3. The event MUST BE BOOKED BEFORE 14 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE.
4. The event has to have the deposit put down (50% of the total price) AT BEFORE 14 DAYS AFTER THE BOOKING DATE. The event can't be booked any less than 14 days before the event date.
5. DISCOUNTS ARE VALID FOR ALL PACKAGES UNLESS STATED AND CAN'T BE LESS THAN 2 HOURS LONG.
6. IF THE COMPANY FEELS SO, THE EVENT CAN BE TURNED DOWN BEFORE THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE.
7. Big G Productions DOES NOT ACCEPT CANCELATIONS, 14 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. IF A CANCELATION IS MADE DURING THE 13 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT, THE CLIENT HAS TO PAY 25% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT AND THE BOOKING DEPOSIT (which has already been paid).
